Processing of personal data
- Personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Processing means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
- The Administrators process your personal data for the purposes of: (i) providing the services offered by the Administrators (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter: GDPR), (ii) fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrators (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), (iii) sending newsletters, notifications, and information (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), (iv) handling complaints, asserting and defending mutual claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- Personal data may be transferred to entities providing services to the Administrators, including accounting, legal, and marketing services.
Use of the Website
- Use of the Website is voluntary. The Website is intended for individuals with legal capacity.
- During the loading of the Website, interruptions in access may occur, which the Administrators may not be able to control.
Cookies Policy
- Due to the provision of the Website's content, cookies are used, i.e., information saved by servers on the user's end device. Information regarding cookies also applies to other similar technologies used within the Website. Cookies are computer data, especially text files, which are stored on the user's end device.

Providing any personal data is voluntary and depends on the user’s decision. However, in some cases, providing certain personal data is necessary to meet your expectations regarding email contact with the Administrators.

The Administrators inform that they do not engage in automated decision-making, including profiling.
Transfer of personal data to third countries
The Administrators inform that personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area; however, these countries meet the security requirements specified in the GDPR.
Period of personal data processing =
The Administrators inform that personal data are processed for the period necessary to achieve the specified purpose. After this period, the personal data will be irreversibly deleted or destroyed.
Uprawnienia podmiotów danych
- Administratorzy informują, że posiada Pani/Pan prawo do: (i) dostępu do swoich danych osobowych; (ii) sprostowania danych osobowych; (iii) usunięcia danych osobowych; (iv) ograniczenia przetwarzania danych osobowych; (v) sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych osobowych.
- Wymienione w ust. 1 uprawnienia nie mają charakteru absolutnego. W niektórych sytuacjach Administratorzy mogą zgodnie z prawem odmówić Pani/Panu ich spełnienia. Powyższe może nastąpić jedynie po wnikliwej analizie okoliczności i jedynie w sytuacji, gdy odmowa uwzględnienia żądania jest konieczna.
- Administratorzy informują, iż w każdej chwili przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do sprzeciwienia się przetwarzaniu danych osobowych na podstawie prawnie uzasadnionego interesu Administratorów. Administratorzy informują, iż zgodnie z przepisami mogą odmówić uwzględnienia sprzeciwu, jeżeli wykażą istnienie prawnie uzasadnionych podstaw do przetwarzania, które są nadrzędne w stosunku do Pani/Pana interesów, praw i wolności lub jeśli wykażą istnienie podstaw do ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony roszczeń.

Prawo do wniesienia skargi
Jeżeli uważa Pani/Pan, że Pani/Pana dane osobowe są przetwarzane niezgodnie z obowiązującym prawem, może Pani/Pan wnieść skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
Postanowienia końcowe
- W zakresie nieuregulowanym niniejszą Polityką prywatności zastosowanie mają przepisy powszechnie obowiązujące w Polsce.
- Administratorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do zmiany niniejszej Polityki Prywatności poprzez opublikowanie nowej wersji na Stronie Internetowej.
- Niniejsza Polityka Prywatności obowiązuje od dnia 12 maja 2025 roku.
